When the fix is bigger than the shoulder, it comes into the shop. Diagnostics, heavy repair and the work that needs a lift, a level floor and time to do it properly.
What do you handle in the shop?
Engine and driveline diagnostics, air and brake systems, electrical faults that need proper tracing rather than a roadside guess, suspension and steering work, and the repairs that follow a recovery. If we towed it in, we already know how it came to rest, which is more diagnostic information than most shops start with.
How quickly can you look at it?
Call and ask, because it depends on what is on the floor. We would rather tell you we are three days out than take your truck in and sit on it, which is the complaint every driver has about every shop.
Can you do the repair after a recovery?
That is a lot of our shop work. A truck that has been through a rollover or a hard recovery needs more than the obvious damage looked at, and having recovered it ourselves means we know exactly what took load.
Do you work with insurers on repair after an accident?
Yes, and we document properly so the estimate is not argued weeks later.

Do you work on trailers?
Yes, trailer repair including brakes, lights, air systems and structural work.
Can you get my truck to the shop?
We will tow it in. That is the advantage of the repair and the wrecker being the same company.
