What counts as a heavy-duty tow?
Anything a light-duty rollback has no business under. Class 7 and 8 tractors, loaded and empty trailers, box trucks, school and charter buses, motorhomes, and commercial equipment. The distinction that matters is not weight on paper, it is whether the recovery needs underlift capacity, air hookups and an operator who knows where the frame will take load. Guessing that is how a tow becomes a repair bill.

Are you available at night and on holidays?
24 hours a day, seven days a week, holidays included. Breakdowns do not keep business hours.
Can you tow a loaded trailer without unloading it?
Usually yes. Whether the load stays on depends on how it shifted, the weight and the road. We will tell you on the phone what we can see and confirm on scene rather than promise something that changes the plan later.
Do you tow buses and RVs?
Yes. Buses, motorhomes and fifth wheels are routine heavy-duty work for us.
